Many of our elders living in our care centres take advantage of our Wi-Fi networks using their own devices. Others use our computer systems with the capacity to Skype®, email, and/or simply “surf”.  Armchair travel is a reality using the resources of the internet and news is at their fingertips 24 hours a day.

Care on the Move

Increasingly our customers wish to remain in their own homes and select services to be brought to them.  To ensure that our mobile teams have the information they need and also have the ability to update information to our care coordinators, they are equipped with the latest software and hardware to support them in their caring roles.


Acknowledging the difficulties of access to medical and care specialists, Sundale has implemented a series of systems using telehealth techniques that can bring the specialists to our mutual customers on a virtual basis. Whether it’s through our care centre based networks or via our team mobile devices, this technology is making care and specialist advice more accessible.

Clinical Care

Integrated clinical care is made possible through the use of contemporary software and Bluetooth enabled hardware and equipment, making it possible to better monitor the health and well-being of our elders. Beyond technology our clinical leadership is maintained through constant scanning to ensure that our methods and techniques reflect the latest developments in evidence based practice.
