As Corporate Services Manager and Chief Financial Officer, Paul oversees a broad range of services including finance and administration, Quality Safety & Risk as well as the organisation’s support services of Hospitality, Maintenance and Laundry. Over his career Paul has worked across a number of industries, including property development, construction, heavy engineering and information technology.

Paul has almost 20 years of experience working within the aged and community services sector and is passionate about being actively engaged in making a difference both for the consumer . Paul ensures that the strategies for long term sustainability are enacted upon and supported for the long term benefits of the communities we support. Paul has and continues to be actively involved in numerous working parties and committees both at a state and national level focusing on the challenges facing the industry as a whole.

An experienced client focussed and dedicated health professional with over 25 years experience in the aged care industry. Matt has a wealth of experience in community, retirement communities and care centres and has developed his clinical and business management expertise in providing effective executive leadership for a number of aged care organisations. Matt delivers quality operational leadership on aged care issues affecting the industry and focuses on developing managers to providing solutions to address the changing environment.

An experienced RN and Senior Operations Manager who has worked internationally across many diverse clinical fields in tertiary, regional and remote settings. Venturing into aged care in 2006 Morag ensures clinical governance systems are in place and maintained across all facilities. Passionate about ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for elders Morag's major interests include collaborative research and development to establish innovative best practice solutions, embracing appropriate cutting edge technologies and engaging with special needs groups.
