CACP

A Community Aged Care Package puts together a range of services to help maintain you in your own home. Effectively thse packages are meant to be the equivalent of low (aged care hostel) type care, delivered in the comfort of the familiar surroundings of your own home. 

CACP’s are very flexible and designed to help with your individual care needs. The types of services that may be provided as part of the package could include:

• Personal care
• Social support
• Transport to appointments
• Home help including meal preparation
• Home maintenance or gardening

There is a modest financial contribution involved which is set by the Australian Government to enable eligible Australians to access these services.
