HACC

Home and Community Care is a government funded program to provide basic support services to people who need some help to assist them to remain living in the community of their choice. Government funding is available to those who qualify to access the HACC program.

A range of assistance can be made available, from basic house cleaning or meal preparation, through to (depending on your circumstances) some basic alterations to your house to help you remain at home perhaps when mobility becomes more challenging.
