Everyone has individual neds and aspirations, and our services reflect just that. While services are structured to your specific needs, the following offers some indication of what can be made available for you. Come and talk with us about your needs.

• Domestic assistance - household jobs like cleaning, vacuuming, mopping hard floors and dusting
• Allied health services - we can establish with your health professional and yourself, an activity or exercise program that takes account of your capacities and challenges
• Exercise assistance - Tai Chi and other exercise classes may be arranged, normally at one of the Sundale centres.
• Transport to appointments or shopping outings
• Companionship or respite care in your home or in one of our centres and
