Unlike many profit motivated organisations, Sundale does not seek to maximise the yield from our developments, but rather we work to ensure that there is ample green space and environmentally friendly practices across all of our locations. Strangely though, although they are referred to as "retirement" villages, many of our residents have never been busier!

Imagine being in a community of like interests, actively engaging with the local community, where you can decide any day to toss the unit keys to the manager, jump in the 'van and head to wherever, for however long, even just on a whim! Where keeping the grass mowed is for someone else to look after, and you decide whether gardening is your real life love or not......
