Caring for our elders is important, but many others required help too. Sundale provides affordable housing, manufactured homes and caravan sites to help those on low incomes enjoy a better quality of life.
Sundale provides 29 affordable housing units to pensioners and key workers living in the Nambour area. These properties are part of a new complex and a further 15 units are on the private rental market.
A further 50 social and affordable homes are currently being planned.
We work closely with a local real estate agency to provide professional tenancy management services to our tenants.
Sundale is an active participant in the Sunshine Coast Housing and Homelessness Network and state wide community service bodies ensuring our planning and development is focused on both current and future needs of the community.
Since 2014 Sundale has taken responsibility for three Caravan Parks in Queensland which offers an focus on long term housing solutions, however one includes some holiday sites. We are working collaboratively with other social service providers in the vicinity to ensure our residents are encouraged to engage with their communities.
Sundale serves the elders of the Sunshine Coast and beyond with vibrant retirement communities and specialised services from people who care.
We’ve been caring for our elders for five decades through Retirement Communities, Care Centres, In-Home Care, Rehabilitation Centres and Childcare.
