Martin is a former chef, restaurateur and all-around foodie connector. He shines a spotlight on the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay’s best restaurants, cafes, producers and local goodies. Through his beloved Sconetime and Sconeversations, he brings people together over scones, local produce and great conversation, celebrating our vibrant food culture and fresh flavours.
