The Australian government is currently implementing a major reform across both residential and in-home aged care which are set to start on 1 November 2025.
Following the recommendations from the Royal Commission into Aged Care, the reform aims to deliver a more positive outcomes for aged care. This includes better aligning services to individual needs, bringing admin costs down and simplifying processes.
